Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Eligible Items
- Portable blenders and accessories in original, unused condition
- Items with manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival
Non-Eligible Items
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@blendsgo.store within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Contact us to arrange a replacement.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
